Each meeting agreement names the fields requested, who can see them and when access begins and ends. Public profiles are separately opt-in. Private buddy assignments, alerts, incidents and notes never appear in counterparty views.
Information and providers
Safe2Meet processes account, persona, agreement, invitation, message, rating, consent, optional location, safety, verification, commerce and limited operational records. Cubid supplies consented facts. ClearPass and SmarTrust are simulations. Stripe checkout is TEST only; never enter real card details.
Location and retention
Location has a separate audience, precision and expiry and can be stopped. Stopping access does not erase restricted evidence under the reviewed retention schedule. The proposed 30-day raw-location period remains subject to approval.
Your rights
Account settings provide active grants, publication, providers, sessions, export and deletion requests. Narrow records may remain for a lawful hold, accounting obligation or unresolved claim, with a stated category, reason and review date.
Review still required
Operator identity and contact, privacy and incident ownership, jurisdiction-specific rights, retention, consumer terms, disputes, French-language presentation for Quebec and final commercial policies remain open review inputs.
