Adults and conduct

Safe2Meet development is for adults 18 or older in the USA and Canada. The age check is self-attestation. Do not impersonate, harass, stalk, misuse private information or use the service for prohibited activity.

Review before accepting

Review the time zone, place or URL, participants, requested facts, access window, cancellation terms and optional exchange milestones. A host controls logistics and membership, never another participant’s private safety session.

Verification and safety limits

A verified fact does not guarantee behaviour or safety. Safe2Meet does not provide emergency dispatch or promise rescue. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services when safe and available.

Commerce and storefronts

Credits remain separate from currency and simulated escrow. Stripe is TEST. Mobile digital purchase routes must follow applicable storefront rules; a web checkout link is not automatically permitted. Only the buyer explicitly approves a simulated exchange milestone release.

Operator identity and contact, privacy and incident ownership, jurisdiction-specific rights, retention, consumer terms, disputes, French-language presentation for Quebec and final commercial policies remain open review inputs.
